Amenities & cleaning
The house and/or garden may not be used as a place for festivities, and in no case may barnum or tents or any other festive material in the garden or house be installed. The facilities of the house do not allow this and the insurance does not cover these activities.
Short stay: 3 nights minimum.
- kitchen equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso, American fridge and freezer, small appliances
- laundry & other: washing-machine, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryers
- Linen & towels provided
- 3 baby beds, high chair

- garden & pool upkeep included
- pets: ask the landlord
- checkout cleaning: € 300. Additional cleaning during the stay can be arranged.
- Large covered parking that can accommodate seven cars.
